As you said, my graphic cards is still supported by ATI driver 12.06 (8.97.100.3). There is a reference of it here: http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu_Quantal_Installation_Guide.

I followed the instructions there. Downloaded http://www2.ati.com/drivers/legacy/amd-driver-installer-12.6-legacy-x86.x86_64.zip and did:
unzip to home directory sudo sh ./amd-driver-installer-*.run --buildpkg Ubuntu/quantal sudo dpkg -i fglrx*.deb sudo aticonfig --initial -f
But, as soon I do dpkg -i fglrx*.deb, a error stops the installation. I attached the error log.
