The same bug here - Empathy reports "Network error" while trying to connect to ICQ.

Some debug data (happens when I press the "Reconnect" button):
empathy/Dispatcher-DEBUG: 11/17/2010 17:50:07.993973: dispatcher_connection_invalidated_cb: Error: Network error
