Also seeing the right sidebar blowing up to a great width at the expense of the right hand folder view.

Turning split view on and off multiple times without resizing the sidebar seems to, after a couple of goes, settle the width down so that just under two columns of the right hand folder view (1280x800, dolphin in icons view) are visible.

From what I can see of the space remaining indicator, it follows the height of the text next to it - it's growing vertically as the text next to it is squashed up and takes up more lines.

Incidentally, is anyone actually listening to us here? The subscribers pane shows only those of us who've posted, and the generic "Ubuntu bugs."
