I've just had the same.

Clean install from USB-boot medium with manual partitioning. I've told Ubuntu to install itself on my former windows partition, so I've formated that one. And the installer wanted to format my swap, a process that I couldn't turn off. The rest of my partitions should not have been touched.

I downloaded the IPV6 torrent about an hour ago.
