Can you (or someone else) test the HP LaserJet 1000/1005/1018/1020 with Edgy/6.10 beta (live CD)?

Have you installed the firmware on your computer before setting up your print queue?

Everytime after the installation of foo2zjs you can do this with

getweb 1000
arm2hpdl <file created by getweb> > /usr/share/foo2zjs/firmware/sihp1000.dl
