At first looks I can confirm the bugreport. Works in breezy, not in dapper.

Out of the box nothing happened in dapper (it did get recognized, etc, dmesg). After installing foo2zjs with firmware and hotplug script it makes some startup noises. This is the same for breezy btw. But in breezy you can actually print and in dapper nothing happens.
