Does this problem occur with all files and applications? If there are only special files or applications which do not print, please tell which and attach the files.
Can you run the following commands in a terminal window:
cupsctl FileDevice=yes
lpadmin -p test -E -v file:/tmp/printout /etc/cups/ppd/Drucker.ppd
Now print the same which you did not succeed to print on your printer but print to the new printer "test". Then run the command

ls -l /tmp/printout
and post the output here. Run
chmod 777 /tmp/printout
and attach /tmp/printout to this bug report.
Run also the command
sudo cat /proc/sys/ dev/parport/ parport# /autoprobe*
and post the output here.
