It seems like there is a plan here kind-of.

-Steffen compiles 7.0.27 without the patch affecting ubuntu.
-Locutus figures out how to get it to build for quantal.
-It gets put in as quantal's boinc package.
-We then file the SRU, and push this to Precise with good cause.

Am I missing anything?
