This requires a SRU, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SRU

The diffstat for this (boinc_7.0.24+dfsg-1.dsc to
boinc_7.0.27+dfsg-3.dsc) is rather huge (without whitespace changes):
114 files changed, 6497 insertions(+), 2945 deletions(-)

I would be happy to sponsor the upload, but do not like to do the SRU
"paper work".

Can you help out with that?
