Plugging the bluetooth dongle back into the USB port only gives me approximately 1 second of use before it turns off again. After several efforts of plugging it in and taking it out, I was able to enter my password and log in.

What I found is that the bluetooth manager was asking for me to allow my keyboard to connect. I do not have an extra mouse or keyboard to accept the security policy so Lucid continues to be worthless.
