I have the same Logitech Dinovo Edge bluetooth keyboard/trackpad. It also worked OOTB in Hardy but had failed in newer Ubuntu's.

I did the /etc/default/bluetooth HID2HCI_ENABLED=0 trick and that worked in Intrepid, but in jaunty, it gives intermittent problems where the trackpad works, but the keyboard is disabled or suddenly stops working until the dongle is unplugged, replugged.

I then changed HID2HCI_UNDO=1 to HID2HCI_UNDO=0 and that helped, but I would still get random keyboard disconnects.

I then edited /etc/init.d/bluetooth and changed HID2HCI_ENABLED=1 to HID2HCI_ENABLED=0 and that seems to have finally settled it down.

The only problem is that this work around disables the rest of normal bluetooth functions, but since it's a HTPC, I don't really need that ability at this time.
