However, just to clarify, the scope of this report is only about the Bug Title "14e4:4312 [Dell Latitude D430] /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pci_devices false hangs making shutdown/reboot impossible" not if your WiFi connects to the internet. If you are having an issue with the WiFi connecting, please file a new report following the previously mentioned article.

Despite this, anything change regarding the restart/shutdown with the latest version of the driver via http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ (live environment is fine)?
