I have amended test case k) to stipulate that we ensure the base ubuntu-cpc image continues to have grub-legacy-ec2 installed. The intended outcome of this change is that all images that currently have grub-legacy-ec2 installed have it, all images that do not have grub-legacy-ec2 installed continue not to have it, and ubuntu-server is present on all images.
