If a user closes the software-center interface while operations are still in progress, a notification should be shown when all operations are completed.
However, if the window has not been closed, a notification is not needed and should not be shown.
Installing:
* single package: Show "[Title]<Package name> has finished installing[body]Launch it from the Application > <Category> menu" with the software-center icon, or possibly the application's icon. I think that the software-center icon would be useful in helping the user understand where the notification is coming from, but the application icon may also be useful. This should be discussed before implementation
* multiple packages: Show "[Title]Your software has finished installing" notification with software-center-icon.
Removal doesn't really need notifications because once software is removed, you don't need to interact with it so you won't be waiting for any process to complete.
