With bug 1301192 out of the way this most likely is an issue with missing codec plugins. As gstreamer0.10-qapt was not ported to gst1.0 yet, there is no on-demand plugin installation provided at this point.

Someone please try whether installation the following packages improves the situation:
gstreamer1.0-libav gstreamer1.0-nice gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-faad gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-plugins-good gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly
