after issuing

   apport-collect -p alsa-base 645991
on terminal it get connected with launchpad and ask for the authorize

after cliking on change everything
it show almost finished and ask for pressing enter
i press enter on terminal window then it shows
Error connecting to Launchpad: Invalid nonce/timestamp: Timestamp appears to
come from bad system clock
You can reset the credentials by removing the file
"/home/khush/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
