Looks like this has already been reported as bug 1609326. The original issue seems to be that the file was included in the wrong place, which was "fixed" by removing it. I'm therefore marking this as a duplicate. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug.
