18.04: adminer package doesn't include /etc/adminer/apache.conf

Bug Description

Hi

I just install the adminer package, but the file /etc/adminer/apache.conf is missing as I can find it in 16.04.

Looks like this has already been reported as bug 1609326. The original issue seems to be that the file was included in the wrong place, which was "fixed" by removing it. I'm therefore marking this as a duplicate. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
