Need to add support for configuration of default events

Bug Description

acpi-support needs a suite of scripts suitable for providing various suspend
states. These should be easily configurable so users can choose how their system
should behave in response to various events. Suspend on low battery should be
included.

Configurable events

A small patch to allow lidbtn and powerbtn to be configurable in
/etc/default/acpi-support.

gnome-power-manager provides this support, but has the downside of not currently
working.
