Kubuntu 11.10 amd64 upgraded from 11.04.

Network-Manager not used.
When I use 'sudo shutdown -P now' from console, my PC was poweroff correctly. But using the usual way to turn off (from user session or KDM login screen) ends with the splash screen and gets stuck there.
