Do you still have this problem? Unfortunately with the info provided it is difficult to proceed, have you have any success at identifying the source of the problem? Using the "top" command to see what is using up the memory might help. Also examining the /var/log/syslog and /var/log/messages etc to see if there is anything unusual might help.
