Comment 1 for bug 301601

I'm new to linux but I'm thinking it may be some kind of memory issue. It doesn't matter what application I'm using when this happens, it just does if a program (especially more than one) is running. I can leave the system on for hours without a problem, but if I open folders, applications, a browser, etc., it goes down.
