Are you dead set on purchasing a place by May?
What's the interest rate on the CC? And what are you paying on it monthly now?
I think it would be worthwhile to pay down your credit card debt first because of the high interest rate. Personally I would take the money from the life insurance and your bonus and put it right on top of your credit card debt. Going from 19k to 11k is nothing to sneeze at.
Also, depending on the kind of returns you get from your investments (dividends, regular growth) it might not be worth it to cash that out. Since I started investing (2 years) I've averaged ~6.3
