Thanks for the bug report. It looks like the machine is missing an Nvidia kernel driver (and failed to use the open source driver). Please try installing a new driver through the 'Additional Drivers' app. I expect only Nvidia driver 470 supports the GT 730.
After rebooting, if that hasn't fixed the problem then please try one of the workarounds from bug 1975650 such as:
