Comment 3 for bug 204979

I used to have troubles with my acer Travelmate until i used the acerhk driver. This driver can be downloaded at http://cakey.de/acerhk/
Then i was able to control the led via following command:

echo 1 > /proc/driver/acerhk/wirelessled

i also putted "options ipw2200 led=1" in /etc/modprobe.d/ipw2200
ipw2200 because i have a intel 2200BG card, you can try it with "ipw3945"
