[Bug Description]
A new issue that all \sys\devices\uncore_* devices are missing on SPR with latest upstream kernel v6.1+(on top of commit f9ff5644bcc0). The issue is not seen with upstream kernel v6.0.

A bisect which pointed to this commit as guilty:
(v6.2-rc1) 07eab0901ede efi/x86: Remove EfiMemoryMappedIO from E820 map

Have verified that by reverting this commit only, the missing uncore devices are available again on SPR.

Reproduce steps:
Update kernel to latest upstream v6.2-rc1, and boot on SPR.
