A new issue that all \sys\devices\
A bisect which pointed to this commit as guilty:
(v6.2-rc1) 07eab0901ede efi/x86: Remove EfiMemoryMappedIO from E820 map
Have verified that by reverting this commit only, the missing uncore devices are available again on SPR.
Reproduce steps:
Update kernel to latest upstream v6.2-rc1, and boot on SPR.

Target Kernel: 6.2
Target Release: 23.04
Commits:
patches(https://<email address hidden>/) applied on same SPR.
Platform: Sapphire Rapids
