Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.

In this case I suspect a Support site would have been more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu, https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org.

Please note that you gave us no indication as to which release or flavour of Ubuntu you were using and with no response to comment #1 I doubt that anyone who could have fixed your issue saw this bug report. A support site could have helped you identify the package and complete the bug report with the required information.

As almost four years have passed I'll close this as 'Invalid'.
