'Blank Screen Delay' under 'Screen lock' is not working. I tried with the 'NEVER' option too.

Bug Description

I don't know whether it's a bug or something else. I am just a regular Ubuntu user but this issue is really frustrating.

My screen goes blank after two second of inactivity. I tried changing 'Blank Screen Delay' option to 'NEVER' but it doesnot work.

While watching video and typing somewhere, it doesn't go blank but if I want to read something it goes blank after 2 second and come back after few second and again goes blank after 2 second. This process keep on repeating itself.

It will be really nice to know about help center if their is one, for the people like me who don't understand 'bug and package'.

Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1876842/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.
