So I call HP and ask it for the warranty, they give me the ticket number and went to the store and one of the people there told me that this model the HP Pavillion 2135 has some over heat problems and it is because a little metal (looks like aluminium paper) close to the hard driver.
They tested the machine and discovered that the fan was also broken so they changed, remove this little metal thing, and everything has been working fine since
