We may need some info on the hardware of your laptop

should a lshw be enoguh?

on the terminal do:

sudo lshw

sudo lshal

and paste/upload the results here.

With that we might bre able to see if it's something that is common in this kind (or any similar) chipset.

Anybody else having this problem?
