And this discussion about "illegal" made me laugh :-)
There are dash cams for Your car which can record whatever they like as You drive. It is not illegal to record. It may be illegal to use the recording in a certain way. As a private person You don't have to warn anyone that he/she will be recorded. You as a private person are responsible for the recording. If You are a company, You have to warn, cause there is no one responsible for the recording and many company employees may have access to the recording. Only because of that You have to be warned. Secret services also record us all all of the time. As far as they are responsible for what they do, they do not have to warn You.
