Same behavior in Utopic 140.
Recent calls can be redialed by dragging up the "Recent" tab from the bottom then selecting a number, but it'd be nice to have a shortcut attached to the call button when no number is entered (one press would populate the number area with the last-dialed number, another press would start the call).
