Not sure if this is the same issue or not, but there is additionally an issue with momentum.
If I drag the timer handle and flick it quickly, it has momentum and the dial spins a little farther after releasing. This behaviour is fine and feels natural, but the time at the top is set to the point I released rather than where the dial is located.
This means a quick flick can put the dial to 35 seconds and the time reads 00:27.
If they are the same bug, I'm thinking it is not the inaccuracy, but rather the time is simply not being kept in sync with the dial correctly.
