I used the default gnome3 tools for it; on the top-right of the screen I clicked my name, system settings, hardware, keyboard, shortcuts. That's how I configured it months ago before I tried ubuntu-tweak yesterday.
Why is that bug invalid? Is ubuntu-tweak /supposed/ to reset existing system settings?
