Using ubuntu-tweak resets keyboard shortcuts

I installed ubuntu-tweak 0.6.0-1~oneiric1 from http://ppa.launchpad.net/torkvemada/torkvemada/ubuntu and clicked around. I didn't change any keyboard settings, but after closing ubuntu-tweak all my ubuntu keyboard shortcuts were reset.

For example, switching between applications didn't work with mac+tab anymore but was reset to alt+tab. Switching workspaces with mac+1, mac+2, mac+3 etc were reset also. (the mac key is mod4 here).

This is very very annoying. Just using ubuntu tweak broke my system.

Have you configured the keyboard settings in other place?

I used the default gnome3 tools for it; on the top-right of the screen I clicked my name, system settings, hardware, keyboard, shortcuts. That's how I configured it months ago before I tried ubuntu-tweak yesterday.

Why is that bug invalid? Is ubuntu-tweak /supposed/ to reset existing system settings?

Sorry, but I do not want to reproduce it. It was enough hassle to setup the dozen shortcuts again after ubuntu-tweak broke it.

I already uninstalled it, and I won't install it again - just wanted to let you know about why.
