David, this is not a problem of a missing translation. Please see [1] and the attached screenshot. The string was already translated by Moritz Baumann on Sep 3rd, 2010 – as mentioned by Daniel [2].here [3] (in german).

It could really be a new bug (or the existing bug number 434601 [4] or 641262 [5]?) or some other problem!

Ubuntu German Translators are not responsible for that IMHO ;)

Maybe the fix gets automatically released with the coming language pack update für Maverick?

Michael, it seems you're using Ubuntu 10.10? Are you also using proposed language pack updates? Try it! The 2nd language pack update is out there for testing right now. David please correct me, if I'm wrong.

Just to tell: I installed the current dev.-version of Ubuntu 11.04 on virtualbox and there ist the same problem....

Wenn ich hier hilfe erhalten kann, dann möchte ich diese auch ins deutsche Übersetzt bekommen.
Denn es kann nicht erwartet werden, das ich eine wichtige Antwort in englichlisch bekomme und sie dann nicht lesen kann.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, ins deutsche zu übersetzen? Sonst ist die Frage/Antwort Seite für mich Nutzlos.
