"Features" is a verb the way the phrase appears at the moment: "YouTube Features" and "Vimeo Features".

This grates on me because the capital letter strongly misleads the reader into interpreting "Features" as the plural noun.

It's awkward no matter what you do. I would suggest "Featured on Vimeo" and "Featured on YouTube", etc. That make it unambiguous as to whether we are talking about the verb or the noun. It can only be the verb with that wording.
