Bug Description
When user without Ubuntu SSO login tries to review some software in software-center, a window opens. This window contains the following sentence: "To review software or to report abuse you need to sign in to a Ubuntu Single Sign-On account."
This sentence is missing from translation template. This bug is visible in comment #2 at https:/

Hello Jiri,
Thanks for your report and attention to detail. I'm assigning this to the proper project since the message below the SSO UI header is customized by the caller app, in this case, the Software Center. So, that app is in charge of passing a properly translated string to the sso client service.
