Using the latest 23.10 ISO and immediately after installation there seems to be a weird understanding of what is a primary screen and how it gets attributed that title.
What we see on the first picture below are the 2 right-most monitors of a 3 monitors setup. And as we can see the middle one was given the GUI action, while the right-most is still holding onto the taskbar at the top and down (Shouldn't it the taskbars be on the primary monitor?)
Another thing to consider from this picture is that "Set as primary" was just clicked in and therefore, from a user perspective, those settings should had been applied and be in effect right now.
