Steps to reproduce:
1. Obtain latest ISO ( [Ubuntu-MATE 20.04.2.0 LTS _Focal Fossa_ - Release amd64 (20210209.1)] )
2. Install it
3. Reboot the system

Expected results:
system boots normally

Actual results:
system does not boot shows only "(initramfs)" prompt

Logs from non-booting system are attached.
