Workaround
==========

Soon after booting, run the following commands-

sudo systemctl stop systemd-udevd systemd-udevd-kernel.socket systemd-udevd-control.socket

sudo systemctl start systemd-udevd systemd-udevd-kernel.socket systemd-udevd-control.socket

It solved all the problems in my Dell laptop.
