Please could you post a screenshot from your particular system, to help understand about out whether it's an underlying problem in the design of the glyphs, or an artefact of the rendering at a particular size.
Could you post in the two magic debugging characters '' and '' into the line of text in question before taking the screenshot. These provide additional informational (they'll be less useful in this particular case, but it's good to have them for consistency).
