DM: when you adjust this, please could you leave the existing mapping for proportional numerals at U+F800..F809 intact, and then additionally add new alises for tabular numerals a bit higher-up (eg. U+F820... or thereabouts) so that regardless of the defaults, both tabular and proportional will be directly accessible at consistent codepoints via the Private Use Area.
