Try installing it on a Dell Inspiron 3501, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 2.40GHz × 8 processor. Ubuntu 22.04 already works on this laptop without any problem and with the same bios configuration the 24.04 installer gives the error that you are informed of in this entry and does not generate any additional data in the log. The truth is that the installer tells you "We're sorry, but we're not sure what the error is.
You can try to restart your computer and start the installation process again" is quite discouraging, since it is crazy that 22.04 is running on the same PC and version 24.04 does not even start the installation process.
