Ok, disabled timezone plugin and no errors show (it doesn't load it so no errors) , after reenableing it back I get different errors . here lines on timezone plugin

Unable to find module called "TimeZoneConfiguration"
Loaded plugin "TimeZoneConfiguration"
  OpenType support missing for script 12
  OpenType support missing for script 12
Setting "localization/time_zone" to "system_default"

I can't do anything on star catalog issue, seems it doesn't like format or something .
