Can you disable problematic plugin and run it again?

I uninstalled it and installed beta9 win32, all is good there .
no errors and all stars show fine (64x) one didn't show 11+ mag stars because of error loading catalogs .

I can reinstall 64 bit one and see with plugin disable what happens .

Ok, disabled timezone plugin and no errors show (it doesn't load it so no errors) , after reenableing it back I get different errors . here lines on timezone plugin

Unable to find module called "TimeZoneConfiguration"
Loaded plugin "TimeZoneConfiguration"
OpenType support missing for script 12
OpenType support missing for script 12
Setting "localization/time_zone" to "system_default"

I can't do anything on star catalog issue, seems it doesn't like format or something .

It's troubles in permissions on your system - not a bug IMHO
