    debian: unify ostree initramfs name

    Due to commit [e99f29a debian: Align ostree/iso to current
    project needs] applied, it rename initramfs as starlingx-initramfs
    in yaml, but rename as starlingx-initramfs-ostree-image in sources,
    unify them as starlingx-initramfs-ostree-image
