Due to commit [e99f29a debian: Align ostree/iso to current
project needs] applied, it rename initramfs as starlingx-initramfs
in yaml, but rename as starlingx-
The mismatch caused initramfs was not generated and used correctly
which means the kernel and kernel modules does not match in initramfs.
While booting ustart image, the disk was not detected due to kernel
module was not installed correctly
