Also this bug can be tested this way.
* Open scratch. * Create new empty file. (but don't save it)
* from an open terminal execute
kill -9 XXXX (where xxxx is scratch pid, you can obtain it calling ps -A)
* Reopen scratch, the new file won't exist.
